First musical memory - My Father singing me an Italian lullaby.

Favorite piece of music: - I'm stuck in the later l800s and love the sound of flowing romantic music with full orchestra including all the melodic lower brass and booming percussion along with the pomp and circumstance. Give me Swan Lake, Scheherazade, Die Valkyrie, 1812 Overture and the like.

I enjoy being in GVOC because I love to sing (How did I go for over 35 years without singing in a chorus?) and I thoroughly enjoy the company of my fellow choristers, who have welcomed me with open arms.
